In your own database on this server, separated by doctor. No other vaidya can see your patients. You can export or delete a patient record at any time from the console.
Yes. Your clinic name, address and registration number print on every Rx, along with symptoms, dosha percentages, the medicines with brand, dose and anupana, and the pathya-apathya in Hindi and English.
